Eduardo Diamante Teixeira de Sousa joined the team of Carlezzo Advogados in early 2016, moment from which he started to dedicate himself exclusively to the practice and study of the sports industry and its ramifications. He has a strong role in proceedings before the CBF's CNRD, as well as before Brazilian state courts, both in civil and labor matters related to football. At the international level, he also acts in proceedings before the judicial bodies of FIFA and before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS / CAS), based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He also works in legal advice on M&A operations for eSports teams, as well as in legal advice for Startups and innovation and technology companies that have sports in their market.
In addition, he advises and drafts various contracts related to sport, such as players transfer agreement, employment contracts, image rights contracts, agency, intermediation, sponsorship, investment and commercial partnerships.
