With extensive experience in arbitration proceedings, the firm has a strong presence in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, based in Lausanne (Switzerland), the highest international court in sports dispute resolution.

The Player Statute Commission, Dispute Resolution Chamber and Disciplinary Committee are just some of the FIFA bodies for which Carlezzo Advogados conducted proceedings on behalf of its clients in matters ranging from the collection of the solidarity mechanism and training compensation, passing through the representation of athletes in labor disputes and financial/contractual disputes between clubs, until cases involving the application of disciplinary sanctions to clubs, players and federations.

At the national level, we work in front of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber (CNRD of CBF), which has jurisdiction to judge and analyze disputes involving clubs, players, agents and coaches.
