Rodrigo Marrubia Pereira is a partner at Carlezzo Advogados, having started his activities at the firm in 2007. Since then, he has been acting exclusively in the sports segment, with a strong presence in international courts, especially in disputes before FIFA and CAS, as well as in Sports Justice, especially the Superior Court of Sports Justice - STJD.
He also provides legal advice on disputes between clubs / athletes and clubs / clubs before the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and the FIFA Player Status Committee, as well as before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS / CAS), based in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Conmebol Disciplinary Committee and the National Dispute Resolution Chamber (CNRD) of CBF.
In addition, he has extensive experience in analyzing and drafting contracts, such as players transfer agreements, employment contracts, image rights contracts, intermediation, sponsorship, investment and commercial partnerships.
In this context, he maintains daily contact with several national and foreign football clubs, players and intermediaries, as well as FIFA, having great dialogue with the main players in the football market.
