Eduardo Diamante joined Carlezzo Advogados in 2016. His practice focuses on football disputes and transactions. He represents clubs, players, coaches and agents in domestic and international proceedings, developing strategy, evidence, submissions and hearing preparation.
He is directly involved in domestic and international player transfers, from initial review and negotiation through drafting, regulatory analysis and completion requirements.
His frequent work with player agents gives him practical insight into a fast-moving, cross-border market. He brings the interests of players, agents and clubs together in clear, secure and enforceable contracts.
He also develops legal solutions for football finance, assessing payment structures, security, contractual cash flows and regulatory risk. His approach combines technical knowledge with commercial understanding.
