We appear before CONMEBOL judicial bodies in disciplinary and regulatory matters involving clubs, players, coaches, officials and other competition participants. Our response considers the applicable rules, the events on the field and the immediate sporting effects of a possible sanction.
We handle match incidents, player and staff conduct, club liability, safety, discrimination, eligibility, registration and compliance with competition rules. We organize evidence, draft the defence and follow the case through the competent bodies, including matters with extremely short response deadlines.
We also consider internal appeals, urgent relief and access to CAS. Our regional experience allows us to work in Portuguese and Spanish and coordinate legal, institutional and sporting considerations during competitions.
