We conduct ordinary arbitrations and appeals against decisions by FIFA, CONMEBOL and other sports bodies before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Each case starts with a careful assessment of jurisdiction, deadlines and the challenged decision so that the relief sought fits the particularities of international sports arbitration.
Our work includes drafting appeals and briefs, selecting arbitrators, gathering documents and expert evidence, and preparing witnesses and specialists. We appear at hearings in English or Spanish and coordinate people and evidence across jurisdictions and legal systems.
Sporting calendars often make time decisive. We also seek stays of execution and other provisional measures. Our strategy considers both the award and its immediate effects on competitions, registration, transfers, sanctions and the client’s commercial relationships.
